This is also true for mobile apps, but I forgot to mention that the official Last.fm for Android app is also capable of scrobbling Deezer on Android devices, check its settings. Currently supports scrobbling from: Pandora, Turntable.fm, Google Play, Amazon Cloud Player, AccuRadio, Bandcamp, Grooveshark, Jango, Rhapsody, Songza, Twonky and we7. For example the Deezer Windows 10 app also scrobbles when I have enabled it in the web player (don't know about the new beta desktop app though). There were obvious problems with Deezer's internal scrobbling on Friday and Saturday, I had similar effects, too, like scrobbling nothing for about 12 hours, then lagging behind the currently playing songs trying to catch up.
